The wedding day flow.
The typical wedding-day shuttle runs 8 hours and looks something like this: arrival at the bridal-party hotel one hour before ceremony, scenic route to the ceremony venue, 60–90 minute hold during the ceremony, multi-stop transfer to the reception, mid-reception driver standby, late-night shuttle from reception to after-party or hotels. We customize this for your day — most weddings need 6–10 hours total.

We work with most major DMV venues including the Hay-Adams, DAR Constitution Hall, The Mayflower, Salamander Resort, Lansdowne Resort, Stone Tower Winery, 868 Estate Vineyards, Top of the Town, The Carriage House, Whitehall Estate, The Inn at Willow Grove, and Top of the Town. If your venue isn't listed, we've probably done it — ask.
