What we collect
When you submit a quote request we collect the name, phone number, email, event date, headcount, event type, and pickup location you enter. When you call or text, we keep the conversation as part of your booking record.
How we use it
We use your information to send you a quote, schedule the ride, dispatch a driver, and follow up after the event. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
How we store it
Booking records are stored in our reservation system. Payment information is processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your booking record at any time by emailing info@partybusrus.com. We may keep records required for tax purposes for the legally required period.
